Product Description
National 294BC Hinge Strap is manufactured from hot-rolled steel. It is punched for 5/16 in. (6 in. or 8 in. size) or 3/8 in. (10 in., 12 in., 14 in., 16 in., 18 in., 20 in. and 24 in. size) bolts. As a replacement part – use with National's #29 or #292 hinges. For new installations – use with National's #291 or #293 hooks. Mounting bolts NOT included. Protected with corrosion-resistant WeatherGuard™ finish. When subjected to 312 hours of salt fog spray testing (BHMA A138.18), zinc-plated hardware showed severe corrosion while hardware with WeatherGuard™ protection withstood these harsh conditions with very little deterioration.
